1. How far in advance should I book my gown or custom piece?

To ensure the best experience, I recommend reaching out at least 4–6 months in advance. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, depending on your timeline, availability, and design complexity.

2. Do you offer consultations?

Yes! I offer initial consultations (in person or virtual) where we’ll discuss your vision, style, budget, and timeline. This is where the magic starts.

3. Can I bring inspiration photos or Pinterest boards to my consultation?

Absolutely. It’s actually required! During your initial consultation booking I ask that you provide 2-3 images of what look you’re hoping to unlock.

4. Is everything made from scratch?

Yes… and No. The custom garments are made entirely by hand however, we’ve partnered with some pretty amazing vendors. This allows us to provide a wide variety of ready to wear special occasion accessories and clothing.

5. How do fittings work?

Typically, there are 2–3 fittings to ensure a perfect fit. We’ll schedule them based on your availability and timeline, and I’ll guide you through each one.

In between our first measurement fitting and your first mock-up fitting we’ll go on a “Fabric Field Trip” where YOU will get to pick your fabrics.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, flexible payment plans are available. I believe every bride or client deserves to feel beautiful without added financial stress. However the 50% deposit is due before any work can begin. the payment plan will only apply to your remaining balance.

PLEASE NOTE: your payments will be scheduled around your event. Final payment will be due at pick up.

7. What if I change my mind after we've started?

Design adjustments can be made within reason, depending on how far we are in the process. We’ll discuss changes and any additional costs before moving forward. A design contract will be provided once we’ve concluded our first consultation. Please read this contract in it’s entirety before signing.
